How do I submit design requests once I subscribe?

Once subscribed, you'll receive a link to your personal Trello dashboard within 24 hrs.

You'll be able to submit requests via any format that Trello allows.

What if I have a "giant" project?

Not to worry. 

We'll break down your "giant" project into smaller parts. 

You'll continue to receive deliverables every 2-3 business days until the "giant" project is complete.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?

We invest time in order to create high quality work that connects you with your audience. Although we do not issue refunds, you can get as many revisions as you need until the work meets your expectations.
